Amen Brother, Ambition, execution and will. I am just going to join the line here and wait and see the results. I also ordered a certain number of bandit signs, although not always recommended, I also get have the attitude of " I rather overdoing it than not being acknowledged at all" @Corey Thompson let us know how that goes, but consider doing a certain number every week, you would get the same stats and the benefit of repeated exposure like @Matt Berglund said. Statistically you will get a higher response rate from your targeted audience consistently and a lower number of unwanted angry calls. PS, don't mind the angry calls too much, cause I bet you  you competitors will also call. - I also get that in direct mail marketing. You can't please everyone. Good luck... I am following.

@Jeff Pollack you are the one those pictures belong to... I was looking through them the other night and was too stunt to acknowledge the person that made it happen. Great work, detail and finish, I am a fan, and this is exactly why flipping is my favorite RE strategy. Thank you for sharing.

@Brian Eastman, in scenario #3, what do you mean reallocation? And thank you for clarifying these procedures. Because i was debating using this strategy, but if you are not going to get any of the profit right away, it might not be something you want to do if you are looking for a timely.

Best,

JF

@Account Closed this is a great topic to open a thread about. Than you for sharing i will need to grab a book and do some more reading. My local REI meeting group gives out a report on our monthly stats report on what does on in the area and most realtors i talk to say there has always been a shortage in supply in the area comes a certain time and this year is it to be even more scarce for SFH. Do you guys take this as an indicative that buying and holding is a good idea for the time being and maximize on that?

Thanks again.

LOL, even though I can relate to the story, let me just take a second to enjoy the feed backs. I love this site!!!! @Dan Miles you really have to find your WHY like @Gino Barbaro said, then only after realizing that things will not come wrapped up in a gift package sent from a vacant address 20 minutes away from your house ( just saying it in a nicer way than @Joe Villeneuve was saying, and you should follow his bullet points, be systematic or you will set yourself up for more discouraging realizations ). There is lot to learn and due diligence you have to complete, that I can't even start or pretend that I know all of them. I do not know how much you read or educate yourself about REI, but I would recommend you start by checking the tab on THIS website, up there that says EDUCATION and scroll down to books and get BUSY. And like @Paula McDonald was saying, if you have the guts to come post about being discouraged on here, I am sure we will find the courage and will to go out there and make things  happen your way.

Best of luck and instead of saying you are discouraged next time, say you want to learn how to do things better. Cause people, especially the successful one that are willing to share their experience and knowledge, DO NOT like lack of will, to say the least.

Your in success,

JF
