Looking to purchase a HUD for potential BRRR. I have had a difficult time getting in touch with the right people. I have also looked into acquiring a REO but have had little to no response from banks when I approach them about properties they own. I have tried the numbers listed for appropriate depts. and so forth with no luck. I have read that this can be typical. How do I get around these road blocks and talk to somone who makes deals for bank owned properties. Thank you for your input and advice--JT Aleman

Great ideas everyone!  Thank you for your responses. @Dustin Bowersett, this is very close to down town and I will add your recommendations to my to-do list.  Do you have an opinion on CL?

Also.... @Jason D., I was thinking about this also.  Do you know of websites that cater to medical professionals?

@Mindy Jensen.  Thank you  I look forward to any and all input.

Thank you Monika.  That's a great idea.  It is not a vacation rental at this time but I have thought about going this route in the future.

Hello BP, I'm a newbie and my wife and I just bought our first property. It's a Multifamily in a B neighborhood. More precisely, it's a 3 bed 2 bath SFH with a detached cottage in the back. We will be house hacking it and living in the cottage while renting out the main house. We are new to Orlando, Fl. and are wondering what the best way to advertise in this market is. Where we moved from, Craigslist was great, but people keep saying it is full of scammers here in Florida.

We are looking for guidance in getting the rental exposed to people here in Orlando.

Thank you --JT
