Do I have to have the sellers fill out an authorization to release information for me to call their bank to request at payoff?

What is the whole process of paying off thier mortgage aka what do I have to do?

A lot of the books I read say to make multiple offers, but my favorite book with guys who really know what they are doing says to not write up any offer until you're at the kitchen table. It says to figure out their situation and then ask them if they would be interested in a terms deal. Then if they say no, then make them a cash offer.

So is it better to just come to their house with a sheet of 3 offers, to make up the 3 offers at their kitchen table, or to hopefully get as many ppl as possible to just say yes initially to terms and get more of those deals?

Ok, I'm trying to pick the best web addresses to use for my marketing. I'm going to change these a bit so no one steals the exact name before I register it. I already have the domain
ne-housing-solutions registered and I'm making the site. I also already ordered my signs with my # 888nesolve and ne-housing-solutions.com on it. Now I'm second guessing myself though, thinking people may not remember the dashes and that its too long of a name for the signs.

Tell me which if these alternatives you'd choose for placing on my next sign order, and to place on my business card (as I dont think people want to email me at
"[email protected])

1. I could use 888nesolve.COM, thus my # and web address would be the same and make it even easier for people to remember both

2. northeastsolve.COM

3. nesolve.NET or .INFO (for the signs, as they are requesting info)

4. nesolutions.INFO

5. nehouses.INFO

6. nehs.INFO

Ok, which would you use for my sign, and which for my email adress on my business card. I can register 3 different domains including the one i already registered.

Go Globe Inn: You don't need to do direct email marketing at all to get plenty of leads, regular direct mail should get you plenty. You can still direct them to your website and have them sign up your your newsetter and keep contacting them that way.

Is going down to the courthouse and getting a list of the people going in forclosure or an absentee list actually more effective or better names than a list from melissadata.com for example?

Is there some website that tells which forms and disclosures to fill and have the seller sign depending on what state we're in (I'm in WA) and depending on whether doing a subject to, lease purchase etc.

I believe he is talking about an organizational strategy of writing down every step of the process it takes from 1st mailer out to appoitment set and moving a person's file into whichever stage they are in at the time. If you work your leads in stages, then you would have all of your leads that need a 2nd mailing all in the same area/folder.

Is there a place to find a bunch of different scripts for 800# extensions that work for real estate investors?

Or, if you don't know a source, what do you say on your # when a seller calls from your advertising. How many different scripts do you use and what do you say on them?
