Great, thanks Garrett.  Super useful tips.  We have a STR event scheduled now on Oct 9th in Cape Coral, FL, and plan to cover most of that.  Our speaker owns a design firm and runs several STR's across the country, so I'm excited to hear her present!

Hi all, curious for your experienced input. I host multiple in-person investor events around Cape Coral, FL, and the next one will be at a luxury home, and the topic is STR. We'll have an expert on hand who operates nationwide and specializes in new STR setup & decorating. She'll be presenting a variety of topics and open discussion, with the goal being "Make your STR stand out in a competitive market".

What additional topics or specific questions should we be sure to answer that you wish you knew when you started buying STR's? Are there specific topics you think more people in the space should know about that we could open up for discussion?
