Perk of having a real estate license. No reason to work with a realtor. Unless you just donโ€™t have the time. Then a realtor is probably a good idea. ๐Ÿ˜†

@Marcus Auerbach

Are you claiming that big banks for not buying property with PPP money?

Why wouldnโ€™t they hedge the RE market when they are receiving billions in paycheck protection program money?

@Moises R Cosme

1. Imo we are going to see a crash.๐Ÿ’ฅ

2.Housing market is being propped up by the paycheck protection program which for banks was corporate welfare. So they are spending 75% of the PPP money on buying property. As long they spend it on โ€œbusiness needsโ€ it doesnโ€™t matter. Which is why we are still seeing a rise in value. Some would call in manipulating the market.

1. Have you talked to a local real estate agent to give you guidance?

2. If you are thinking โ€œbigโ€ already. Hiring a CPA can definitely help you get creative with how you CAN buy what you want.

3. Good luck ๐Ÿ€

1. Federal reserve holdings are at all time highs.

2. Banks are on corporate welfare

3. RE prices are at all time highs

4. Foreclosures on the rise

5. Without 1.8 trillion cares act and the 4+ trillion Fed reserve spending we would be experiencing a REAL RECESSION.

1. Why sell the condo at all? If you have a lot of equity in the condo. Can you not put a tenant in your place with your room mate so you can maintain the condo to your net worth? Plus if you ever need a line of credit for future projects the condo would be easy to tap into.

2. Stretch for the triplex! VA loans have so much to offer.

3. GL with acquisition fam. ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ
