@Kirbi Campbell

I have 5 goals for 2021.

1. Establish a family trust

2. Get a real estate license

3. Acquire my first commercial property

4. Reno the commercial property to fit my needs (home office)

5. Add a multi family (preferred triplex or quad) to the portfolio.

@Deisy P.

1. Always interview multiple contractors. (Even if referred by someone) That way you have more perspective.

2. Old thinking VS new thinking. If someone is asking where the man if the house is. It’s none of their damn business. Are you here to do a job or not. Maybe they aren’t the contractor for you.

3. A few of my colleagues are in the business as well. They stick to their guns and expect respect. ✊ You set those expectations and make it clear what you expect in the beginning whether it be from a tenant, contractor, realtor etc.

4. I wish you luck in the future 🇺🇸🙌🏼

@Greg Moore

For a source for what?

That Bitcoin is a sham?

That more people lose money than make money?

Often people forget that the “credible source” they get their information from has an agenda.

Look to bybit, bitmex, coin base, binance etc.

There isn’t a lot of residential interest. It’s commercial investment banks manipulating the price since its is low market cap.

Don’t get fooled.

Bitcoin is junk.

Gold and real estate are the only real currencies of the world 🌎

@Greg Moore

It’s a sham. Bitcoin is basically penny stocks. More people get ripped than make money.

FAR to many scams and ways to get your Bitcoin stolen to be comfortable.

Hi friends!

I am planning on having 5 LLC's in my business.

1. Acquisition

2. Property management

3. Holdings company

4. Contracting (renovation)

5. Whole selling

My questions is what is the best way to set this up?

Just 5 different LLC's?

Can someone point in the right direction with a previous post or additional information?

Thanks 🙏

Jeffery

@Travis C.

🤔 I’m not sure why that has to do with anything that I stated fam.

Are you stating that people in Austin want low paying jobs? 👀

Palo Alto average wage is - $110k salary

Tesla is in Palo Alto- average employee wage is $36-38k salary.

That’s nearly a THIRD of the average wage in the area.

By moving to Texas.

They will pay even less 9-12$/hr

@Neil Narayan

I wouldn’t put any bets on Tesla helping the surrounding economy in TX. Musk is only moving to Texas to save on taxes, pay the employees less, and last but not least to keep taking advantage of corporate welfare from the state of Texas.

@Amelia G

Incorrect, The holdings are stocks, bonds, etc.

They exchange them for cash whether it’s a loss or gain.

Still cash 💰

7 trillion in holdings is 7 trillion dollars fam.
