Ok, do people normally just change the font in word?

What software do you use that makes the print appear to be written? I'm planning on my yellow letter campain.

I have a LLC that I've created in Maryland (i live in MD) and I see a property that I'd like to put a offer for in Virginia to rehab. If anything, what would I need to do on my part to be compliant?

In Maryland we have the MAR contract. What is the contract name in Virginia? I've been looking online and can't locate it. I'm looking for the contract that used to purchase residential property.

I was thinking about getting my list from listsource and then came to mind, that I shouldn't mail to REO. What do you think?

Does Listsource just providing a list of homeowners and then you need to add a label to your postcard? Or do they put the addresses on a postcard that they can create fore you? I'd think that putting 20k names on a postcard can take some real time.
