When doing a wrap in seller finance, is it created by the title company / attorney? This subject is of course new to me and I'm trying to understand the complete process. Thanks.

Possible, yes, but why?

Do you plan on bringing the existing mortgage current?  When a lender agrees to a short sale, they are working with the seller so that both can avoid foreclosure.  By stepping into the middle of that relationship you will muddy the waters and cloud the title.  The effect will probably prevent a short sale and cause harm to the seller.

IMHO, bad idea.

Thanks Marc for the reply. To answer your question, I would bring the existing mortgage current. . They have a month until their auction. But I do see how the harm could be done

Has anyone contacted an owner of a property that was listed as a short sale and offered to do a subject to? Is this possible?

Going to start a fb campaign soon too.

AdWords nerds are a marketing company that kicked off my campaign for me. Using investor carrot too.

Alex, did you're PPC conversion get any better? I'm thinking about setting a budget for it.

For those who have done SEO for greater than 6 months, does the greater percent of your leads come from PPC or SEO?
