Quote from @Stone Cyrus:

Fellow RE Investors, I want to source opinions from investors who have used VAs or hired from VA companies in the past. What elements or services are important to YOU when it comes to a VA company? What are some downfalls you have noticed about VA companies? If you could make changes to improve VA functionality and ease, what would it be?

I have had success with www.onlinejobs.ph which is a top VA company connecting investors with Virtual Assistants. This is not a turnkey service like many VA companies so you need to do some work creating a job description and vetting VAs. You save a lot on the marging the VA companies charge for their turnkey services. In the onlinejobs.ph model you hire them directly and pay them directly. Hope this helps. Jeff

I am an experienced General Partner on several Multifamily Apartment communities in Texas to Florida. We are General Partners on 2,500 doors and Limited Partners on 1,500 doors.

Our group, Think Multifamily, finds amazing deals from TX to FL.

I have been able to scale in MF through education, joining mastermind groups and developing partnerships. I wasn't in MF until 5 years ago, after 1 year of Single Family Residential (SFR) investing, then invested as a LP in 5 MF deals through one mastermind group we joined. My wife, son and I then moved, after 2 years of LPs, to be General Partners in large MF syndication mastermind so now we are in 13 deals, 3,500+ units, as co-GPs focused on Key Principal, At Risk Capital (EMD) and Capital Raising roles. Invest in yourself and take action!

My wife and I just purchased a tear down home on a good lot in 78704 Zilker area to build our homestead. We currently live in a townhome just down the street from this house. This lot will support 2,800 buildable square feet so we are looking a building a main house then an ADU (Additional Dwelling Unit). Lot cost is $500K and looking to build these 2 buildings for $400K with an ARV of $1.2M - $1..4M depending on the finish out.

Please reply with your recommended Austin area Home builders and General Contractors so I can start the due diligence and bidding process for those interested parties.   We are set to close on this house/lot in 28 days (July 26th) so need to work on the demo plans, permitting, architecture, etc but need to hire the right team to run this project on time / on budget.   Thanks.
