This month we will discuss What is a Lead and What is a Deal in today's market. With so many new investors saturating the market it is imperative that new and old investors know what is truly a lead and a deal. You definitely don't want to chase a lead to find out it really is not a deal. What are rehabbers looking for right now? What criteria do buy and hold investors want in a rental? How do you analyze the leads? How do you know if you are pricing the property appropriately? We will dive deep into these questions and more. You will not want to miss this opportunity!

There are a ton of meetups and REIA events throughout the valley each month. I have 3 favorites - Utah Investor Meetup which is the first Thursday of the month, Wholesale Meetup which is the 2nd Thursday of the month and the Utah REIA which meets on the 4th Tuesday of the month. The two meetups are free and the REIA charges $100 or so a year. Nothing is sold or pitched.
