@Jeffrey Compton, glad to hear you liked it!  It was a great turn out!  @Shane Hakala, the next Wholesale Meetup is in March and always on the second Thursday of the month. We do it every month! We also do a BP Meetup on the first Thursday of the month. That one is in Cottonwood Heights. You will not want to miss the Utah REIA on the 4th Tuesday of the month (February 28th) at the Apartment Association in Murray. I will be interviewing Andy Mcfarland! Should be epic!

The value of education!

@Jeffrey Compton, in all the months I have been doing this group and the BP meetup no one has ever asked that!  Great question!  We have a whole room reserved in the back with a big dry erase board.  It is hard to miss! See you Thursday!

Keep track of this date - Thursday  February 2nd, 2017!  We will be hosting our monthly BP Meetup where investors of all experience come to network with other professionals.  This meeting has been a huge success for over a year now!  Networking with other professionals is certainly one of the most critical elements of success in the real estate industry!  Meet other investors, lenders, buyers, rehabbers, landlords, property managers and who knows who else.

The Wholesale and BP meetups are both free.  The REIAs charge a yearly fee but it is cheap.  You can attend the first time for free.  The luncheons are all free!
