My practice is to send a .pdf copy of only the first one or two pages of the DU showing approval only and strength of qualifications such as Fico Score etc...   In the interests of privacy as stated above, the selling agent has no need to see any specifics beyond that.

@Tariq Khan I have been messaging those who are interested the details for a multifamily investing group that I host.  Our last meeting was this past Tuesday.
