My practice is to send a .pdf copy of only the first one or two pages of the DU showing approval only and strength of qualifications such as Fico Score etc...   In the interests of privacy as stated above, the selling agent has no need to see any specifics beyond that.

@Ben Lue  I believe that @Jonathan Taylor has first hand experience with NACA loans and he is a loan broker as well with Investor Property Loan.

@Account Closed

I would reach out to either @Jonathan Taylor or @Alex Bekeza at Investor Property Loan as they are quite helpful and can point you in the right direction.

This month we are joined by guest panelist Michael Borba of Borba Property Group as we discuss legislative policy and how it impacts our investments. Between COVID-19 and the upcoming election there are many current and potential changes in California for the investing community.

We will begin with a discussion of several key Propositions on the November ballot and their relevance to property owners. We then continue with an in-depth look at the most up to date local, state, and national COVID legislation.

Agenda:

6:30pm-6:45pm Intro & Market Update
6:45pm-7:45pm Main Presentation
7:45pm-8:00pm Q&A/Networking

Zoom Link will be provided with RSVP only!
