Is this for investing in Japan? Stateside? I'm interested either way, my wife is Japanese. I'm in the Tachikawa area, so i can make it! I'd recommend just picking a date about 2 months out and letting people adjust their schedules from there! Maybe the 3rd Thursday of every month...as an example! Thanks for putting it together.

Can him. If you only own one duplex, do it yourself! The knowledge you'll gain will be priceless. And it won't be as hard as you think.

I've owned 5 MH's. They we're parked right next to each other, about 15 feet apart. Pros: great cash flow. (Period). Cons, everything already listed, plus: parking issues (lower income people always seem to own more cars), frozen pipes in the winter (seriously, every winter), neighbors that hate each other is a never ending night mare! Would i do it again...in the right part of the country (read: no snow), on the right piece of land where you can provide enough distance btwn the trailers...sure, I'd do it again!

Save your money while in the navy so you have a big chunk of change to start when you get out!

Avoid strippers!!! They bring with them late hours, unsavory characters, drugs, alcohol, biker boyfriends... I won't rent to another stripper...ever!
