Hi bigger pocket family
I'm looking to establish myself here around the Tampa Bay market, I would love all the help I can get. I'm looking for other wholesalers, contractors, realtors, also a good title company that's investor friendly. Any information will help. Thank you Guys!!!
Hey Guys I'm a new investor starting out. I have some questions to ask, my credit is not in a good shape should I start off rebuilding my credit before doing any type of business? Also I have little of money to start real estate to investing so my first Niche I want to do is wholesale so I can build my capital. How or what strategies I can find for good deals. I already read the bigger pockets guide book to real estate. I'm from the Tampa Florida area. Hopefully someone can answer me.
@Ryan Beacher thanks
@Blake Jenkins please if you don't mind can you send me copy

Hi BP,
Im new to wholesale and Im getting confused on what contract I should use for my deals. Does any Florida Wholesalers have a sample contract they use for deals they would be willing to share with me? Thanks in advance

Mike Hicks where is the market place? I'm still new in this site
Hi everyone!
I live in Tampa, Florida and I want to buy my first investing property soon. I'd like to buy a duplex, triplex, or fourplex if possible. I want to take this first step and finally get moving in investing. I think something like this will be a great place to start.
I'm in need of a good lender, Any suggestions?
