Hi Folks.  I'm looking to do my first wholesale deal, and I've never had a realtor email reply on behalf of the owner and request an offer. 

The house is not even on the market.

Is this normal? 

What should I do??

It's better to focus on getting tenants that won't subtract from your bottom line, insurance, or peace of mind. Lower your rent, do repairs-- whatever you need to do to resolve your vacancy and attraction of poor quality prospects.

Hi, I'm a little late to this party, but appreciate this post as I am looking to send out my very first yellow letters. The download link works but the link for the paper and font don't.
