Hey @James Prather . Memphis is a great place to invest and there are a ton of resources at your disposal. Being a turnkey company with an inhouse PM company and have contacts to a ton of contractors/maintenance specialist across the city. It is a fairly long list so if you'd like, send me a DM and I can get you a list of really reliable fair priced people/companies. Good luck with your investing in Memphis!
