@Ed Sarausad The rental market in Memphis is still great. We see people have a ton of success in the majority of areas in Memphis. The best success I have seen is people that deal with a TurnKey/PM company to help with reno and management. I have some pretty good contacts here in the city if you'd like to connect further.
