@Jill F. That’s incredible! May I ask how you scaled so quickly?

@Travis Cannon I totally disagree with the comment of spending $80 on books requires evaluation on your spending habits. Purchasing books and audiobooks are the greatest purchases of a lifetime! Yes, although podcast and webinars are also wonderful, books go more in depth and there’s so much knowledge you can gain that will help you change your life, and even help you acquire millions! Something that took someone 10 years to learn can be written in one book which you can read in a day. People should never underestimate the power of books. Knowledge is power (but only if you use it).

I love all of Robert Kiyosaki’s books, I also watch/listen to Rich Dads Radio show on YouTube, so good!! I listen to The Real Estate Guys Radio on podcast. They also have great seminars and courses you can take. Some other wonderful people to watch/listen/read up on are Tony Robins, Mel Robins, Dave Ramsey and Gary Vee. Love them all! They are more for personal development which is needed to become successful in anything we do. Another one of my all time favorites is The Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod, soooo good and definitely a life changer!

I wish you all the best with your journey ahead! Get out there and crush it!

@Travis Cannon something Robert Kiyosaki would say, use that $1500 to invest in financial education.

Everyone is so eager and impatient to state investing, but spend little to no time learning and educating themselves properly. This is why costly mistakes happen.. There’s no such thing as getting rich quick in real estate. Patience, learn, execute.

Good luck!

@Lewys Jones definitely 3.5% down! Don’t tie up your cash in a property when you don’t have to.. All the best to you and your journey!

@Jimmy Hung no... how much will it cost you to convert the loft into 4th bed? I still think you can get a better cash flowing property with the profits... 100-200 cash flow on an 800k property doesn’t sit well with me. Just my opinion.

@Matt Bucklaew closing cost is paid by buyer. he’s lived there for 5 years, no capital gains tax... no 1031 exchange needed.

@Jacob Scholes friendly doesn’t get the job done... find someone in the area with more experience, and tell the current agent the truth. She would appreciate it and move on... all the best!

@Matthew Rembish love your story and thank you for sharing! Some way some how this deal wasn’t meant to be. And the lesson gained will help you make even more millions in the years to come. Cheers to the experience, and much much success!
