Outstanding live-work opportunity in the heart of downtown Skokie is a combination of a 2-story contemporary 2 bedroom 2 bathroom townhome with a commercial space and accompanying half bath on the ground level. Convenient to restaurants, shopping, library and public transportation, this is the ideal live-work setting. The townhome main floor offers a spacious open floor plan with gas fireplace leading to a common courtyard on one end and a large balcony on the other. The upstairs provides two generous bedrooms, master bath, 2nd bath vaulted ceilings and in-unit washer dryer. The commercial space awaits your business designs and opens up to the foot traffic on Lincoln Avenue. Click here for more photos and floor plans.

Hi Bigger Pockets members -
My real estate team is looking to start using either Wunderlist or Todoist - anyone out there have thoughts/opinions on which one would be the best fit for a team of 5-10. Do you use the free version or the pro versions? Would love your input! Also open to suggestions of other app options that do similar things!
Thanks!!

Hi there - I'm an agent in Skokie (Chicago), IL. I'm doing the learning piece on investing right now, plowing through the podcasts, starting to look for properties, and saving up so we're ready to go in the next year or so. One of the big questions I have is about finding the right people to do the rehabbing work. Do you recommend finding a GC, or acting as the GC and finding all the sub contractors when first starting out? Best to learn from the pro's or save $ and learn on your own? Thanks - really appreciate any thoughts!
