Wanted to introduce myself - Les Jepsen from St Paul, MN - we fix and flip properties in the greater Minneapolis/St Paul metro area (8 county area) and also buy and hold 1-4 family properties here as well.

Travis are you talking about living 100% off of passive income from real estate (and not flipping properties actively)?

It's easier to make active real estate investments with partners if you work full time is what my experience has been. Your full time job should not limit you to making investments with the right team around you.

If you have 1-10 single family rental properties or a few commercial multi-family properties and use a management company, it should be pretty easy to do by yourself.
