I am transitioning from buying rentals to flipping down in Florida. I would like to get connected with a good CPA that can help any recommendations? 

Hello everyone I've been licensed going on almost two years now and have had no luck with finding a good fit for me. I've been apart of two brokerages, my main concern was training and being shown how to go about certain situations etc. When i actually got there it was the complete opposite. I have not had the training and preparation at all. I have closed on a couple deals but that was apart of my sphere of influence. Any recommendation's on what to do?

I own one property in dayton ohio going on 2 years now. I Put down 20% on a SF for $65,000. During my 2 years i have so far been through 2 tenants first one's i had to go through an eviction process , Rent at that time was at $1,000. I had to drop the rent down to $800 to get it rented as it was on the market for $1,000 for 5 months.  I currently live in NY also. I plan on purchasing another SF home very soon in dayton.
