Hi @Stephanie Parrish welcome to BP! Awesome that you already have cashflow going. I'm up on Signal Mountain too and I'm currently managing a few properties. Looking to purchase one or two more by 2020. Would love to meetup. I work right next to Mayfly as well!

Welcome @Andy Vanosdale! I relocated to Chattanooga area from California a couple years ago and it's a great place to invest (as you know being from here)! Let me know if you are in the area sometime - would be fun to hear more of what you are up to. Glad to hear you are on the path to your financial goals.

Hi @Brian Cosby - good to see you on BP! Would love to meet up with you sometime on the mountain and hear more about what you are up to. Shoot me a message or an email and I'd be happy to help in anyway I can.

Welcome @Matthew Hook ! I haven't checked out the local BP group yet but have heard great things about it. Congratulations on the real estate license as well.

Welcome @Alex Walker! I'd echo what most have already said on here. I can't personally offer you too much as I'm a buy and hold landlord, but you're off to a great start already. Best to you!

Hi @Matt Davis! Good to hear from a fellow Easy Bay resident. We made the move out from Berkeley a year and a half ago and it was absolutely the best decision for us.

Let me know when you're out this way - would love to hear more of what you're up to.

Cheers,

Jeremy

@Amit P. welcome! I just started investing in the Chattanooga scene after moving here a year and a half ago. I'm in the same boat as you and have acquired two SFRs so far and plan on continuing to acquire more both to have cashflow but mostly to build equity.

I've found some decent deals through the wholesale avenue, and networking with the local REIA is a great way to go too. I'd be happy to chat sometime.

Have fun diving in!
