I’ve also heard using handwritten letters work the best, and putting the letter in an invitation style envelope. I believe there are templates here in the BP resource center. My biggest problem is finding the home owners’ name and address to mail to. Our county’s tax assessor site doesn’t provide the info I need. If anyone has a ninja way to find absentee homeowners’ info, I would greatly appreciate it.

Hello, I'm a new investor trying to find the Median Sales Price and Days on Market, for a 6 month time frame, on zip codes 70592, 70506, 70508, 70518 and 70560. I've tried Trulia, Zillow, Realtor.com and others with no luck, they can only provide me with the Median Rental Price for those areas. Any help on this would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
