Ok, so I have a deal on a property and land combo. There is 1 house on the land with enough room for 3 single family houses. My potential client has even given me floor plans that were approved by the county to build the other houses. I haven't made an offer on the property yet and I told the client I needed to talk to my business partners, ( which in a sense is the BP community ). This is my first deal as an investor and I'm lost at this point. I need some help. ( sorry in advance for being such a rookie... lol! )

Thanks @Bryan L. for the clarity. I'll take your advice to heart and hook up with a local real estate agent.

@John Rooster. What do you suggest I do? As you can see from my profile I'm a rookie and any advice would help me. Thanks!

Thanks Minh,

yeah biggerpockets.com is definitely the best real estate site. It gives investors everything that we need in order to succeed in real estate. I've been reading a ton of articles and blogs on this site and the education that I've gotten for free is amazing. On top of all of that, they also let us connect with like minded individuals so that we can help each other out and learn from each other. Thanks again for the advice!

I'm looking wholesale a property that has been foreclosed for nearly 2 years. It's owned by Bank Of America and I went through their website to search the property, but I found nothing. I found a note on the property which says that it's owned by B of A but that is it. Can anyone enlighten me to what I should do next. Any insight will be very appreciated. Thank you!
