I'm not the founder of Empire, but rather Propertycare, and have not been bought out by Mynd. Our company is locally owned and independently operated since 2013. I'm not 100% sure, but I believe Empire was started by Pete and Steve and according to the news, they were bought out by Mynd.

Check out Boost Foundation Repair. If you're say over $5000 in foundation repair on the bid, I'd get an engineering report or third party foundation company to check it out first.

I like Mynd, since we've picked up a few defecting owners.

No, not all property management companies operate the same.

Unless you're okay picking up a second job, I wouldn't recommend managing it yourself. I've actually been there, done that.

Sorry, but it wasn't fun getting off work on the week days or spending my time on the weekends leasing and managing the property.

Cool story bro, you could have taken for what it was, but do you. Not sure what's aggressive, just chit chatting.

You need a coach?

Ironic- You limit the possibilities of my comments to that of only your misguided view, and accuse me personally of having limited beliefs, and intending to put those "onto others"....and then add your personal desire to limit my communication.

Interesting tactic of communication. VERY cool.

What's ironic? Maybe your binary belief is only for you, you APPLIED it to everyone else. You can certainly communicate your circumstances and tell your story, but somehow i'm the a-hole for saying that your truth may not be others truth?

Interesting take there.

If you fell into one of those 2 buckets you have presented, that's unfortunate for you, I can promise you that's hardly everyone.

Literally nothing else matters, if you really want it, nothing will stop you. If you dont', nothing will help.

If you're a self starter, which i'm thinking you are, then eXp Realty all the way. If you want, I can talk you more about it and best way to get your license. I'm sure I got some eye rolls with "eXp" but hey, if the goal is to put more money in your pocket, couldn't think of a better brokerage out there.
