Phoenix is one of the most competitive markets in the whole country. The cost per deal is absolutely outrageous. With the retail market being so strong home owners aren't letting their homes go for cheap anymore knowing what they can get on the MLS. I would strongly recommend not virtual wholesaling in the Phoenix market
