Would it be a good idea if I would to purchase a Home under a conventional loan and seek out a private money lender to help fund the Rehab cost ?? Has anybody else used this strategy ? Or is there a better strategy for somebody wanting to get into the fix-n-flip business ?

Anybody investing in Greenville TX ? Been hearing a long of “growing” opportunity in Greenville, wanted to get some of yalls opinion on the matter. How much growth can we expect ? And how soon will this happen ? I’ve been looking at properties out there and I’ve seen really great prices, just a little concerned about the area.

I am getting ready to purchase my first property, If I picked out a property that would need some work done, Would applying for a bank line of credit be helpful? If I don't have that type of cash on hand. Or should I look towards Hard money lenders ? What would be the pros and cons of these strategies ? What were some things you guys have ran into with using these two types of funding ? Any tips and info will be greatly appreciated !

This might be a rookie question but I never had anyone clarify it for me, Is Zillow accurate ? Will it show the correct value of a property AND the surrounding properties ? I have a realtor and he sends me properties on the MLS. But on my own time I like to search for homes on my own, how much can I rely on Zillow ?

Hey you guys I'm in the Dallas Tx area and My realtor sent me a property valued at 90K on MLS, I checked for the surrounding area and all the properties around a valued at 140k+ , the house will need definite remodel inside to make it more appealing for a potential rental or even a flip. I want to know if this is a good sign for profit ? What other quick info can I gather to see where this property sits ?
