Welcome.. and I am a experiential learner as well. So it's hard for a person to explain things to me,  I actually enjoy seeing videos and doing hands on. Best of luck.. 

I'm a territory Manager and drive everywhere from macon to alabama. So I see a lot and I also in my spare time actively look on any site that does not have an mls.  This is where I and you can find your great deals. Mls is saturated you have to get around your competition and I'm good at that.

I've don't the re education courses.. Don't spend another dime on it. Probably could've. Rough some tax liens for what u paid. Lol  any who welcome and talk to us and find the free resources that will help u thrive.. Peace and Blessings
