Just want to know is it possible for you to get earnest money from a lender if you wholesaling a property?

What is the best way to analyze repairs on a property, if you don't work with a contractor?

Do you have to have a lawyer look over your contracts if you typed them up before using them?

Does it matter on the amount of money you have in your account to get a "Prequalification Approval" from a lender?

I have a property that my friend who's a realtor gave me a listing for a property at 100k (im gonna negotiate about price) but ?y question is; as a investor can you wholesale a property worth this much? & is wholesaling my best option here? Or should i go another route?

i plan on flipping the estate. I dont know what you mean by criteria, but it would really be helpful if you could fill me in on it.
