Hey everyone! Progressing through my early stages in real estate investing...I'm having a lot of difficulties knowing where to get started in analyzing deals and running numbers. I'm checking Zillow, I just don't know whether a deal is worth it or not. Any tips or advice on how to effectively analyze deals? Is there a step by step plan to follow?

@Larry Turowski I'm going to start getting a hold of some people I know and pick their brains. Thank you so much for the piece of advice.

Hey, guys! I'm a college student finishing out my last year and looking to start investing as soon as possible. I wanted to know how I can find off-market deals that my partner and I can look at and potentially invest in. Any idea on how to create a foundational model through off-market deals?

Thank you again!

Hey, guys! Currently, right now I'm looking on realtor.com, Zillow, and the MLS looking for properties to possibly invest in. I'm going to use the calculator tools that Bigger Pockets has to offer to run the numbers on the project, however, it's finding those numbers such as how much would it rent for, ARV, and statistics that you can't find online to make sure it's worth pursuing. Any tips/advice on finding ARV and estimating how much a property would rent for in a certain area?

Thank you so much!

Hey, guys! My name is Dilan, and I'm 21 years old. I just recently spoke with one of my friends that's a top producer real estate agent and part-time investor and we've partnered together to start investing in real estate. We're looking to bring together potential investors from our network to work with us on some projects. Just curious on any tips or advice on how to get started? We have a location set and want to work with multi-family units. All we need to do now is run the numbers and vet some properties.

What's up guys! My name is Dilan, currently a senior in college. This is my first time participating in the forum and I'm super excited to get to know some of you guys. My question is, how do I get started in real estate investing with no money at all? I'm an intern at a Keller Williams office nearby and I've learned a lot from them, now I want to take the initiative for my future. Thank you!
