Let me lay some facts on you. Since the JOBS Act, when 506(c) was passed, only 7% of all offerings are under 506(c).
Meaning - 93% of offerings are under 506(b). In other words - you just need to find the right 506(b). There are plenty of them out there. Good luck!

Hi @Devon! Are you investing in the US or Canada? Are you taking money from the US or Canada?
Let's say you are investing in the US and you want to raise money from both Canadian and US investors. Then, you need to follow US securities laws. I recommend an LP because there are special tax treaties for Canadian investors with an LP that are not available with an LLC. Hope this helps! Good luck out there!
