Is it safe to say that it is hard to get a loan for an LLC now? I am wondering what i should do since going to a lawyer know a days is so expensive but wanted to purchase a couple properties and didnt know if setting up an LLC is the best. Also i live in illinois and was going to purchase property in Florida. Should i set my LLC up in Florida?

Thank you
