Hello all - thanks @Judy Yablonski will be great to see everyone at this event. Seems like it will be a pretty good turnout - we are going to be in the red room - not to be confused with redrum... 

Meeting will be starting at 6pm - Backstage is a bar/restaurant and as such they are hoping to have us for dinner and drinks. 

 It will be great to put some names to faces! See you all there

Welcome to Bigger Pockets - I wish you the best. Attending a meeting in Manchester might help address some of your questions. I went last month and it was pretty awesome.

@Account Closed I would reach out to Attorney Larry Kiel he is in the area and a great guy to deal with. I have never used him on the investment side only as a personal purchase but he is a great guy. 

I know a local realtor had good luck at a BNI chapter. I am not sure what type of customers you are looking for though.
