I believe this Real Estate Investment business is a one person show until due time when partnership is warranted. It seems, to me, that you might have put the cart ahead of the horse ...
I don't think you are that deep into this that you can't get out of that "partnership." Of all the research I've done, I've see so many that regretted partnering up initially and would've go at it alone until they know what they are doing. I don't know what all I am doing yet, but I know to stay away from partnering up for now, especially with a relative that you have to see for thanksgiving dinner.

Welcome. I would be interested to know more about your Belize development and any potential future projects there. I grew up in Belize in the '80s and still maintain some very strong friendships there with my childhood friends that went on to become leaders and officials in different areas.
