Post: Yellow Letters Examples?

Hi all,

I was trying to find some yellow letters examples and the one I found says: "My name is XX, me and my husband XX, are interested to buy your house, please contact us at ...."

I didn't like this one much. I am thinking from the seller's point of view, that a couple is interested in buying the house and he calls, he finds an investor and/or realtor. Am i making sense here?

Anyone is using the above example? any success with it? Thoughts? Other examples?

Thank y'all

i agree with Mike. He is selling his courses and other gurus' courses as well. His main focus is for beginners on how to find the wholesale deal from wholesalers on craigslist and do the marketing for the wholesaler pretty much on craigslist too.

If the wholesaler is already marketing on CL, I wouldn't be an add value to his marketing unless i really have a strong buyers list that i can market to off of CL.

When I have a deal I get many phone calls from his students who want me to sign the flex option. When i put in the comments "Do not advertise on CL, backpage, etc.." they couldn't do anything and never called again

I don't pay anything with flex option, it is pretty much a permission to market the property and you are providing free advertising to the seller.

That's what i say when i am offering the flex option.

What else? do you put online ads? Where?

I am wholesaler and I want to apply the same techniques to build my buyers's list

I usually upload the video on youtube and there is an option to embed the video on your website which doesn't take much space as you upload the whole video on your web.

Also, I put all my investors on a separate email account and send to all the list with some info of my deal and a link to my website, without using any outside services.

Post: Not involved in REO but fell in my lap

Hi y'all,
I am not involved in REOs but i came across a person who is able to provide me with a list of REOs after the monthly auction. I am thinking to try buying one or two of this list and wholesale them. Most probably it is going to be a double closing. Now my question is: what is a good approach to follow when i get a list of REOs? how long does it take to do the double closing assuming that i have a buyer?
Is wholesaling (pre-foreclosure, distressed sellers, etc...) better than the REOs?

Thanks
