I'm interested in real estate and wanted to know if realtors are very successful in what they do? I'm changing careers and wanted to know the ups and down of being a realtor. The erason I'm changing careers because I would like to make alot of money doing real estate. Also would like to hear success stories.

Can I put a house under contract with no money down or is it up to the seller to ask for money? I am talking about when dealing with Wholesaling.

Someone is selling a house 390,000. I went to the tax assessment site and notice he brought in 2004 for 220,000. The house has been renovated such as new carpet, washer and dryer, stove etc. Is 390,000 too much for the house. Can the value of the house go up that much in 2 years? Do I go by the assessment site :groovy:
