Quick question regarding BP...how do I find threads that I posted in but didn't click the "follow" button?  Do I have to follow every thread to keep track of it?

I am not in SC but I'd start with these and then use craigslist and rentometer to find the rent rates of your liking.  Google Maps streetview will show you what kind of neighborhoods you're in.

Perhaps my searches are biased, but the ones I have stayed in are all very well appointed and maintained.  I do, however, always search using the "whole house" option.  

Noticed the rebranding as "Southern Midcoast" so re: meeting places are you looking to stay central to Brunswick? Good call on a quick introduction....Waze froze on us so we drove right past and just thought we missed it.  See you all in December!

Purchase price: $132,000
Cash invested: $7,000

2 bedroom, 2.5 bath 1800 sq. ft. condo unit currently rented on an annual lease and HELOC'd to provide investment capital.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

How did you add value to the deal?

Complete bathroom remodel with tile standup shower in master, new appliances, new back deck, refinish hardwood floors, paint.

What was the outcome?

Hold, rented.

Don't buy in neighborhoods with HOAs! They eat profits.

The Bangor one ended up being the next night...theirs is regularly scheduled for the first Weds of any given month at Nocturnem in Bangor.  Anybody have any info on a Portland meet?  @Brian Mitchell thanks again for introducing us to the BP meets!
