Yes @Derick Bonsu, I see that people have multiple STRs listed and am curious as to how that's possible. I will look into renting by the room. I just don't want to furnish and decorate the house if I'm not able to AirBNB. Thanks for your input. I'm going to look up "Atlanta" and see what comes up.

I've recently purchased my first rental property in Downtown Atlanta. I'm currently renovating the property and my intention is to AirBNB it however I am concerned about the STR ordinance requiring the owner to be a primary resident considering I do not have a Georgia state ID. Any advice?
