Curious to know if anyone is planning on going to the Multifamily Executive Conference this week in Las Vegas? Or if anyone has ever been before? If so, do you find it useful? Thanks!

Hi Jim. Yes that’s what I was wondering. When I said “landlord” probably what I meant was rental investor. I’ll definitely look into the pros and cons of self managing and getting a property management company. Thanks
