@Cindy Hernandez. Thank you. Definitely a good example of the power of documentation.

@Randy E. So true. I’ve literally wanted to do this for the past 15 years. But only ever had the guts (and lack of savings) to do live in flips. No more excuses!! :-)

@Tracy Minick. Thanks Tracy. I believe that’s what @Scott Jensen referred me to?

@Rebecca Sabot. Great thanks Rebecca. I’m curious, do you cut out tenant screening if you get a property management firm to manage your properties? I.e. do they do that for you?

@Tim Houzenga. Great thanks Tim. I don’t know any property managers, in MN anyway. So I’ll start looking at who’s out there and reaching out. Thanks

@Michael Noto. Yes! That’s exactly what I’m doing. By next year I should have enough cash, so I’ve given myself between now and then to learn the market and everything else that goes with it. Any tips for how to learn about a new market? I’ve got Realtor friends who are from MN I was going to ask to help me find something. And I’ve found a few good neighborhood stat websites. But anything else?
