And thanks for your advise, I'll take it into consideration. Either way, I want to at least understand how to wholesale. Meaning if I had a few deals and couldn't do them all, I still want to understand the exact process to make some money on the transaction and flip it to a flipper or investor. Just my thoughts as they stand now, things may change.

I have a stack of books and reading four of them now .... but I just ordered that one too on amazon.

BTW, I was born up here and grew up in Virginia Beach,

then family moved me back up here when I was 17.

I'm looking at podio and pipedrive.

Keep hearing people on BP saying they are using those.

They look good, modern. Have API's to automation and integration.
