I am interested in getting my license in Pennsylvania and doing this. Is it worth getting your license? The biggest problem I have is finding an agent to show me the property before it is pending. I would replace the gas heater. Electric is very expensive. You might have trouble getting tenants. Maybe just bump the rent up a bit.

I am also interested in this question. Also, what is the best online real estate pre-licensure course. I am in Pennsylvania and looking to start investing in real estate. I thought this may give me a better understanding of the field and more credibility. My goal is to get out of the nursing field. My husband and I just have to take the plunge and stop looking and start doing. I am in Gilbertsville, PA. Anyone live in this area. We will be attending meetups in the area and hope to find a mentor eventually. Have a nice weekend.
