BuyerBeater was then created out of purely finding a way to be solution oriented for the benefit of the seller. You could say it was an “Ah Ha” moment, but the concept just made sense. Allowing opportunities to educate and collaborate with each seller, It has been so rewarding to show options that are not only easy, but always give more to the homeowners who are seeking help in an industry that tries to force their hand.

@Gina Rocillo the first thing you need to do is find out which number is correct and what the source is. Thats a big discrepancy. Maybe they added the extra square footage without permits? Remember you will need to sell this one day, so you would have to answer all those questions as well. I have a listing up there as well if you're interested.
