@Sergio B.
But how do you know which step comes first? Like electric, plumbing and etc?
How can I run a project like that? Also don’t I need a insurance if I have the permit under my name?

Good Morning!
I am building a 320 sqft. studio (efficiency or room) with bathroom, closet and a private entrance behind my house in Hallandale Beach, FL. (18 minutes away from miamj)
Unfortunately the GC I had did a bad job of managing the money and left my job at 40% :(
Than file for bankruptcy and now I’m stuck 😩🙈
This is my first deal and I need help, I need a reliable and honest GC to finish this job. Any recommendations would be great. I have other jobs like this for the other houses and I want to build a business relationship with the GC to keep grown both of our businesses.
Thank you,
