Let's do this in the evening after my self and others get out of work.

Hi Zach, Peter and Odalis I am also New to this and looking to buy in the Essex county neighborhood. We should all meet up learn from 1 another.

Let me know if any body is interested.

Thank you

please let me know how you make out.

As I believe that the deal must be really good (especially for a newbie, to leave some room for error) and so far did not have luck finding 1.

hey Cesar,

Welcome to my world I am from Brooklyn NY and fairly new to BP. And I have the same exact dilemma (very well put). I did hear on 1 of the podcast from some one in NJ that Wells Fargo has a program that for 5 days they show properties only to1st time home owners (and don't put it on the market for 5 days).  And that might give us newbies a chance to get into the market. I am reaching out to them my self. Maybe worth a shot!

That is interesting as it's pretty vague and can be taken advantage.

I would like to buy my 1st house with an FHA loan. But not sure how often I will be around for to live in my property, as my job requires difficult hours.

Is there any requirement as to how frequent I need to occupy my property?

Fiverr is A great choose for quick and cheap tasks you can also checkout freelancer.com (similar to fiverr) the only problem is that you are not allowed to speak with your website developer and all communications must go through their chat system.

However upwork.com is the only platform I know that you can get in touch with a developer that you are allowed to take the job off their platform and have a phone/skype conversation with your site developer.

You should checkout past reviews and profiles from different developers and you can find very high qualified developers to build you a very professional site for just a few hundred buck (penny's) I have used some of them my self and they are great!
