Just saw your posting although it’s over a year old are you still looking to wholesale in the San Marcus new Braunfels and Canyon Lake area?

Just came across this post wondering if you’re still wanting to wholesale some deals. I’m a builder in the canyon lake Wimberley and spring branch area. I would be interested as long as we can both make money.

I’m a wholesale builder in the canyon lake Wimberley San Marcus and new Braunfels area. If you wish to partner up with a wholesale builder this might be a better deal than having to fix a rehab.

Wayne, I am a builder in the canyon lake Wimberley area. I started building homes in that area two years ago. Are you looking to rehab homes or build from ground up? I’ve always found it easier to build from ground up and so far I’ve been successful. It’s much easier to start with a clean sheet of paper than to fix something that’s already there.

What type of cosmetic work are you looking for? I might be able to help you with the painting and carpentry.

I’ve been knocking my head everywhere wondering where to find or begin my search to find those investors who are available to everyone else but me. I’m on my second spec home to sell but there has to be a better way
