Mateusz Prawdzik thank you, I am looking to do some fix and flips on the side as well, but definitely in the market to gain something passive as well. I'll send a request so we can chat.

Hey guys,
I'm from New Jersey but looking to invest out of state due to cost of living here. I have family who live in Florida there doesn't seem to be too much apartment property, only single families. I'm pretty much looking for apartments around 15-30 units. I'm able to put 300k down. If anyone has info on apartments and/or brokers on the east coast, I would greatly appreciate it!

Hey guys,
I'm looking into purchasing an apartment over the next year, hopefully in the area which I described. Does anyone know of any helpful brokers in the area? I'm located in North Jersey (07480).

@Steve Burke, yeah here in NJ, estate tax for the state is 2M and federal is around 5M.
Thanks @Nicholas W., unfortunately he just gave me that "advice" over the phone. They did elevate the field, but I'm not sure if it just wasn't high enough, or the lack of a curtain drain is the issue.

Thanks @Steve Burke, if you don't mind me asking, was the estate value subject to state or federal tax?
