Congrats, Patrick, I know things will go well plus you have your mother as a realtor to help you in the process. My first investment property will be in New Jersey as well. I live in New York, however is too pricey and according to my budget I can't afford to invest here. Are you from Lodi because I have been researching that area for real estate.

I am a real estate agent, however been around investors that promise a lot and at the end nothing ever happens. I WILL LIKE to go into learning REAL ESTATE INVESTING. I'm seeking a good reliable investor that is not only looking to make money for themselves, but someone that is willing to help an ambitious woman learn all the ins and outs of investing. I will like to buy my first investment property next year in NEW JERSEY because that's where I'm planning to relocate.
