Great information @Denise Evans!

Tax properties in Alabama. State law gives you the right to immediate possession with a tax lien. How would you like to get $600.00 a month or more in rent on something you paid $6K for and the tenant is responsible for all repairs and upkeep?

@Vuthy Seang I could likely get you into 3-5 tax deeds for that here in Alabama. With the strategy I use it is very possible to get $400-$600 per month on each property and have the tenant responsible for all repairs and upkeep.

Yes, @Miguel Matos with tax deed properties in Alabama. You have the right to immediate possession (rents) in Alabama.
